I did go in the end as the BSN meeting was called off and I'm pretty glad I did tbh. Like @Mr Bee said the meeting was run at decent pace, which was refreshing. Can't help but think that Redcar threw this away with all their mechanical shenanigans. What on earth Mulford was doing changing his bike for a 2nd time with the clock at about 10 seconds was a bit of a head scratcher.

The junior match was pretty decent too, certainly better than some of the crap I've seen at Leicester! Although there was quite a disparity in the quality of riders. Correct me if I'm wrong but are Ablitt and McGurk not riding CL at the moment? Ideal candidates for a CL rising star berth... if it existed.

Cooper Rushen was impressive, especially considering it was his 2nd meeting of the day... he certainly has the name to be a top star in Speedway!

So despite your moaning beforehand, you went and enjoyed it, but still found things to moan about…….some people just cant be satisfied…..and its always you.

The tannoy system is far from perfect, some of the speakers seem to be better than others, depends where you stand. The wind seems to effect the mic, surely this is a problem that can be solved.

Been complaining about this for several seasons. Mic needs a sports shield around it to cut out the wind roar. No coordination between the announcer and the "DJ" in the box, or the in field announcer. For the box announcer telling Dan to go into the pits to get him some info was comical, since the poor guy was on crutches!

Yes, as I always enjoy matches at Scunthorpe. Unlike you and your constant moaning and trying to wind up all and sundry I still like the sport and always get proper racing at this track. Good to stand near the noisy Bears fans who seem to enjoy the odd beer !

Wish Id known you were actually there so I could purposefully have avoided you.
