BackInTheDHSS
Can only see a home win personally, although a lot depends which Cameron Heeps turns up. A few of the Oxford riders (Masters, Knudsen, Jenkins and Killeen) have already ridden the track this season, which should help. Looking forward to seeing Mitch McDiarmid - arrives with enormous potential, so let's see what he's capable of. Technik
I'll go for a narrow victory for the home side. Oxford without a second big hitter & some unknown factors against a Scunthorpe side with much the same but away from home & it's that difference that sways my decision 50 -

spin king junior
They really are taking the p*** now. Once again, zero communication to the supporters and the paying public are kept in the dark until they've paid out of their pockets.
Mr Blobby
Absolute shambles and embarrassing from Oxford, not like they’ve had months to sort his visa out or anything.

MD
Scunny took 7 rides to work out running high and wide off turn 2 was where you needed to be in the second half of the meeting. The only time they did, in ht15 they won it.

Its going to be a short season. We should have had more of a clear out , but Rob is to loyal to his rider friends. We lack at least one more heat leader, probably two. Bit of an over the top reaction in my opinion. Yeah the side probably won’t win the league but let’s judge the side once we’ve have a few home meetings under our belts. For the majority of the team it was there first meeting of the year last night!

Is that not better than starting with the League? Unless you start with challenge matches, then we run out of dates at the end of season. To be honest I couldn’t really care these days, just go along and watch some matches hoping for a good meeting. Its all a bit of shambles IMO.
