Guest JY2003
We are thinking off going to the Danish GP! Mum has been looking at flights to Denmark, ! I cant wait!
garf
Have a nice trip then. There should be a lot of cheap flights in and out, but the hotels are quite expensive in the area. I can suggest to find a B&B or a cheap hotel in the outer area of Copenhagen. The transport possibilities to the Copenhage is quite good from all over Denmark, so . . . . . . . . Have a nice trip then.

Joanne
You do know that the Copenhagen stadium has a roof so you're covered if it rains I went last year and had a great time. Make sure you take comfortable walking shoes with you. ENJOY

21st century heathen
I asked the same question weeks ago, and to say the response was limited would be an understatement. I estimate about 5 Brits going over.

We`ll be there I don't know how the roof in Gothenburg is, but within a very short while, the roof can be put over the stadium, and it can then be raining Cat and Dogs without affecting the GP. crazysue
Well I booked my flight at the end of April, not going the usual way (I do have to be awkward) Flying out from Stansted Friday evening into Aarhus, driving down on Saturday (thanks Angel), then coming home late on Sunday night. Best thing is I have no kids and no hubby with me, so I am looking forward to a bit of partying.

At least a four to five hour drive, a lot longer in a bus I reckon.

Will probably be a lot more expensive than the flight to Esbjerg though.

From Copenhagen Airport there is a special bus to the centrum, just outside Tivoli. It is going several times each hour, and takes about 15 minutes for a ride. I'm not quite aware if the Metro is going from the airport as well. There are several pubs in the area, on the way from the centrum to the stadium. But I don't know if they allows children in. I think so as Denmark is a very free country in many ways.
