Vintage bike ID-Help with missing parts, please.

I’ve purchased two vintage Speedway bikes, and they’re both missing bits, which aid like to purchase. They’re both JAP OHV engines, one from 1931, and the other from 2951. The ‘51 has clothes pin valve springs, fwiw. The ‘31 is missing its drive sprocket and chain, handle bars, throttle, grips and cables. The bike has such nice patina being 94 years old, I’d really like to find old stuff .to maintain the patina. They’re both missing carb parts, too. They’re Amal GP TT the later bike having two bowls. The ‘51 is missing it’s 23 x 2.75 Barum S-21 front tire.

I’d love to load photos, but don’t see any options for that. Thanks, kindly everyone. I can’t wait to fire them up!

I would expect the carbs to be Amal type 27 Track carbs ? Amal Type 27 Dirt Track Carburettor – 500race.org (see link) rather than a GP or TT type

Drive sprocket will vary on the spline/centre depending which type of countershaft you have

I have a complete 1930's  Rudge-Martin JAP bike with nothing missing if you fancy another ?
