In the scenario outlined below how are the riders seperated?

Over three rounds:

Rider 5 - world rank 2 collects 25pts, 10pts, 5pts;

Rider 1 - world rank 1 collects 5pts, 25ps, 10pts;

Rider 13 - world rank 7 collects 10pts, 5pts, 25pts;

Rider 7 - world rank 4 collects 20pts, 0pts, 20pts.

All riders end up with 40pts over three rounds but how is it worked out their final positions?

I believe that the higher score in the latest round would be the deciding factor so the ranking would be 13, 7, 1, 5.
