Sings4Speedway
Out of interest is Speedway GB entirely self funded via sponsorship or is there a hefty top up via the SCB and or the BSPL?

Fortythirtyeight
Speedway GB is an independent business. The BSPL sold the ‘rights’ to it around 2018 as they needed to save costs so they will be self sufficient.

andout
USA will be powerful on their own track......I would've hoped Robert Lambert would be in the team, maybe even Tai. Edited January 8 by andout

I was going to raise this... as 5 riders have already been named I would hope that Lambert and DJ Woffy will still make the team.

The dirt track there is around 500m... If they use that the USA won't have much chance!!! I presume they will have a smaller track to race on..? IainB
Dan Thompsen & Jordan Jenkins the 6th & 7th riders selected, so assuming it's 7 man teams (arrgh!) It sounds like Simon Stead & Olly Allen have dropped DJ Woffy & Robert Lambert from the national side or they've refused to ride... that'd be quite a story in any other sport... 🤔

The riders are just told not to ride there opponents out onto the car track. Perris is the largest of the US tracks.
