Ben Morley He wasn't allowed to ride National League last season due to him having achieved a 4+ BCL average. Have the rules changed? Surely he has developed as far as he is going to at this stage. I think their should be a combined age limit on the NDL or years experience in the case of some of the riders who came late to the sport through a motox background.
HGould
Well either somebody has dropped a bollock or the set up and structure of the NDL Trophy is going to be very different to NDL, which would completely ruin the objective and aims of the new concept. Morley's last CL season saw him finish on a 4.40 GSA with Plymouth. He's ridden many seasons in CL and in PL Surely the rule has to be if you're illegible for NDL you're illegible for The Trophy

Would be a whopper of a clanger if Morley was announced and ineligible. Even more so if like previous teams they had Kennett and Ablitt lined up too.....Nick Laurence should be fine though 😁
HGould
Meanwhile Brummies set to announce James Shanes, Zac Wajneckht and Ashley Morris and Workington will have Carl Stonehewer at No 1....😶🌫️

No fault of Kent to take advantage if so but I'd imagine a few will be fuming who may have not been allowed same dispensation in the NDL.

Also, on the NDL thread there was a query regarding people like Luke Harrison now being ineligible as he achieved a Championship average over 4 - the response being that he had been told he would be eligible Edited 2 hours ago by Sir Sidney
Petecc
Didn't it used to be that a rider with a championship average over 4, could ride ndl but couldn't guest or ride in the championship ?
mac101
Maybe he got his championship average reassessed to
