Problem with riders' names and surnames

Does anyone can confirm names and surname these riders:

Edinburgh - 8th April - World Championship British QR - 1988

Reserve 2. G? Hisloy

Oxford - 8th April - World Championship British QR -  1988

Reserve Ian Batley ?

Long Eaton - 17th April - World Championship British QR -  1988

12th Davis Bilde ?

I think is something wrong with them.

• Are you sure about the Oxford date? Is it the SEMI FINAL on 8 May 1988. Ian Batley was a regulqar second-halfer at Oxford that year though
• The Long Eaton date is 1985 and David Biles of Poole is listed at no 15 in the programme.

• The Long Eaton date is 1985 and David Biles of Poole is listed at no 15 in the programme - It was 1985. Your are right.

He rode 18 matches for Oxford in BL2 (the second-half junior league). As far as I know he never made it to the British or National Leagues. He rode 3 seasons for Oxford juniors, 86 to 88
