Youhave2minutes
What comes to my mind is Wimbledon and Swedish rider Tommy Jansson.ย Reason for this thread is to remember riders that are no longer with us or had their career cut short because of their life changing injuries, at a very young age. Tommyโs was a racing accident but many riders were lost with off track incidents. Lets form a list of those riders, not to be sombre but in remembrance of the joy they gave us on the track, and never be forgotten. Bojangles
Paul Muchene. He may not have been a future world champion, but was an honest rider who was starting to make his way in the sport. Taken too early after a horrific crash at Hackney in 1989. 3

Not forgetting Denny Pyeatt And Vic Harding also at the Wick, and Steve Weatherley who had career ending injuries.โน๏ธ Edited October 22 by Youhave2minutes

I totally agree, a sad loss too all. Please donโt think the older ones donโt matter because they do. But the thread was set up for riders short careers. I also agree a life is a life whatever age they were taken. Edited October 22 by Youhave2minutes
