I reckon:-

Belle Vue retain  Jake Mulford

Leicester retain Sam Hagon

Sheffield retain Dan Gilkes

Oxford retain Luke Killeen

Birmingham - lose Leon Flint (to Sheffield No.6)  -  take Joe Thompson

King's Lynn lose Anders Rowe (no longer eligible)  -   take ????

Ipswich  lose Dan Thompson  (no longer eligible)  -   take   ?????

Thanks RTB! I guess the Lions will have Hagon again. The kid is out of his depth at this level and if he is retained it can only be because of connnections, as I cannot believe that Dickson would want him if he had a say.

Aces - Mulford

Stars - Jenkins

Tigers - Gilkes

Witches - Edwards

Lions - Hagon

Brummies - Flint

Spires - Killeen, as they’ll have Boughen at 6

(Those are my guesses… Flint won’t be at number 6 for Sheffield, as Rowe is)

Rowe is Sheffield’s number 2. So you could most likely be wrong.

Jenkins left the Rising Star scheme last year as his PL average went above 4.00 and he became no longer eligible.

Edwards also left the Rising Star scheme to become Sheffield No.6.   But he still fit the criteria, so not sure if he can go back in once he's left.

My picks would be

Birmingham: Leon Flint

King's Lynn: Jordan Jenkins

Oxford: Luke Killeen (Boughen at 6)

Ipswich: Jason Edwards, Dan Gilkes or Jake Mulford

Sheffield: two of Jason Edwards, Dan Gilkes or Jake Mulford (the two Ipswich don't pick)

Leicester: Joe Thompson

Belle Vue: Sam Hagon

From memory I'm sure rider can go back to being a RS if they fit the qualifying criteria.

Rowe

I was thinking more about Jenkins, Rowe was always available as an RS, just rode elsewhere in the team. So that would mean Edwards & Boughen can be an RS again. Jenkins is the question mark, but I think it's allowed.

Would think Edwards and Boughen should be allowed back in the RS scheme.  They haven't exceeded the criteria, and only rode at No.6 because they hadn't got a RS place.

But Jenkins shouldn't be allowed back.  He's exceeded the criteria and had his 25% discount.   To allow him to drop back in is opening it to fiddling.
