These were racing incidents caused by some very inexperienced riders .These things happen in the sport.

We saw senior riders knocking lumps out of each others on the 1st/2nd bend, without coming to grief, that’s the difference. Its a tough sport.

Did you see Foord in the first leg at Oxford, or the U19 championship? He's definitely a bit reckless, but has speed. Just needs to learn to tone it down a bit - and more importantly listen to advice from some more senior riders.

Anyone remember Rob Grant?

Unfortunately Yes.  Tried to ride Lubos off his bike at Stoke coming off the 4th bend and then came around and stood on his bike dangerously revving his bike pointing at Lubos being attended on the ground by track staff and medics. Crazy guy copying his father and egged on by one of the promotion and crowd. Not the only incident Diamond fans hate him of course. 😉

a wee bit off topic . what was  the pretend Robin Hood trying to prove . maybe he just got his first junior bow and arrow and he was going through the motions of , well  being a Dickie Head  !getting the Oxford fans  turned up . he should have been thrown out of the stadium . friend , family or a glory hunter .  cannot see Vinnie at Poole in 2025 .. god help Glasgow ..

They were shouting at him before he did anything, so he could have not reacted and they would still have been shouting. Maybe not as crazy but they still would have.

You only want him banned because he rides for Poole.

I think he's referring to the clown of a father rather than the rider, he did need throwing out of the stadium for his antics, absolute bellend and it's no wonder his son has that similar attitude.

He didn't have a go at the paramedic when a rider was on the floor.

That is in the rule book as a throwing out of the stadium incident.

But in the heat of the moment you let these things run.

Things would have been totally different if that con of a virus never happened which put the speedway back ( COVID ) imo  as the team that Rob had put together would have certainly been unbeatable at home & would have definitely pushed for points on the road but that's in the past now & can't see speedway coming back to brough nowadays unfortunately

100% someone will take him out, he will be riding with a marked card on his back if he carrys on like he did last night.

Expand

Yup 100% . Surprised it hasn't already happened tbh.  Referees will also be keeping an eye on his every  "move" and he'll find his exclusion light on in every " incident" whether or not he was to blame.
