Col
If the Swedish duo of Kim Nilsson & Jacob Thorsell complete the Brummies septet it has an aging but reliable solid look to it

That’s true of all riders at most tracks, sadly. Clubs need to take a leaf out of Ipswich’s book as they are attempting to improve their racetrack this close season. If it comes off, I’ll be back. HGould
Any news on the Brummies NDL Trophy Team? Back to PL Thorsell would be a decent second string IF he could recapture his Monmore form but not sure wheres he's at now form wise? (Morris/Shanes/Wajneckt ....???) not sure where the word 'development' lies within those riders ?.... its just something for Rogers to play with. As for PL team...looking much better than last season....not that it could be any worse! Thorsell is the obvious shout.... Get working on the track and things will start to look up! Cancel that, just seen someone else has. Edited 4 hours ago by szkocjasid

GiveusaB
Random...but JPB is/was the saddest waste of talent that I've seen at B'ham in a long time! IF he'd of had the right/better sponsors/equipment, he'd would have gone so much further! Another talent that I remember was Taylor Hampshire.....very similar in style/effort to JPB! JPB was definitely a natural on the bike but the biggest change he needed was attitude. Yes his bikes were rubbish but his preparation was worse. He was easily marketable to sponsors but the effort wasn't there so didn't even make it as far as Lewis Bridger.
