GiveusaB
Thanked: 330 times 2025 RACENIGHT PARKING « on: Yesterday at 12:41:44 PM » Say Thanks Quote From the main site BIRMINGHAM Speedway would like to confirm racenight parking arrangements for the 2025 season. Supporters will have the opportunity to park in the main stadium car park (bend four) where there will be a £3 charge (£2 for Season Ticket holders) and it will be open from 6pm until 10.30pm. However, supporters should note that the car park will not be manned during the meeting and all vehicles and contents are left at supporters’ risk. As in recent years, the main car park also has a number of disabled spaces available and there is no parking charge for blue badge holders (badges must be displayed for the entirety of your stay). Season ticket holders are also asked to park on the above main car park mentioned, again on a first come, first served basis. Free parking also remains outside Bracebridge Engineering and Kalsi Kitchens on the A34 (B42 1TX) with 30 spaces available, again on a first come, first served basis. However, supporters of all clubs should note that the Holford Drive car park, obtained and used in 2024, is unavailable for the foreseeable future due to travellers moving onto the site during the winter break. The club are actively seeking a replacement / additional car parking facilities and should they be successful, supporters will be notified in due course. IainB
Is it okay to park on the street around the stadium, last time I was there there were signs on lamp posts that I didn't really recognise so I played it safe by parking in the gypo car park that is now not available

noaksey
If Birmingham are banking on decent crowds they'll need to find some parking from somewhere otherwise people won't bother Perhaps another discussion with the One Stop Centre?

But if there isn’t anywhere for excess cars to travel and park then people won’t bother and that then will affect the club. The home fans will always find somewhere to park but clubs need to ensure there is suitable parking for the travelling fans.
