Must rank as one of the worst signings since KK was tempted back last year to be as expected let go of within weeks.
Zagar is good at the NSS but not interested anywhere else.

Can see him dropping to reserve within a month.

Absolute bollocks

Zagar despite being excellent at the NSS once dialled into Perry Bar will score his average at least

He's also had good scores and looked a class act at many different tracks when he is in the mood

If Adams can get him motivated they have a good rider on their hands for the Premier, better than Pawlicki

KK could score maximums at home, so much be considered a better signing than Milik or Pawlicki were.

If Zagar drops to reserve, which would take longer than a month with rolling / assessed averages, then Brummies will have a title challenging team.

He was fine away as a late replacement for Dan in the championship year of 2022 being in the teams top two scorer's in 5 out of his 9 qualifying meetings. Had a blinder in the play off semi and did his job in the final. There was only really wolves he couldn’t be bothered with and who can blame him. Not an issue currently, unfortunately.

Top performer given the right canvas and worth a couple of points in the pits with his motivational skills.

Hearing we may be signing a Dane who hasn't ridden in UK in recent years but comes with a decent pedigree in Poland and Sweden.

I’ve got starting averages as follows:

1. Musielak - 8.21

2. Jeppesen - 6.00 (reassessed)

3. Zagar - 7.2 (existing average from 2022)

4. Nilsson - 6.00 (reassessed)

5. Thorsell - 7.33 (existing average from 2019)

6. Rew - 5.67

7. Edwards - RS

Total - 40.41

This means either Zagar or Thorsells existing average is going to have to be reassessed. Most likely Thorsell as his was achieved 5 years ago. If the rules remain the same as per 2024 regulations he will come in on a 6.00 also, meaning Birminghams final 1-7 would be like this:

1. Musielak - 8.21

2. Jeppesen - 6.00

3. Thorssell - 6.00

4. Nilsson - 6.00

5. Zagar - 7.2

6. Rew - 5.67

7. Edwards - RS

Total - 39.08

So if it is Jeppesen, then it's beginning to look like the guys over in Norfolk have a pretty good idea what the final team is going to be.

Jeppesen, Nilsson, Thorsell and Zagar look handy guests should teams need them early in the season.

For all our wrongs, us boys in Norfolk do know a thing or two…😉

I have no idea who that is.  Someone said he'd ridden here before, was that at Championship level?

Jonas Jeppesen was very young when he last rode in this country. He's now grown into being a very good rider and has plenty of experience in the Polish ekstraliga with Czestochowa. He'd be a solid rider over here imo.

Edit: just doing some more research on him. He last rode in the Ekstraliga in 2022, achieving a 1.359 average (5.44 in our terms)

2023: rode for Landshut in the second tier of Polish speedway with an average of 1.262 (5.05)

2024: rode for Pila in the third tier of Polish speedway with an average of 1.809 (7.24)

I'd say the Prem is somewhere similar to the second tier of Polish speedway in terms of strength, so Jonas should average 5-5.5ish. He's still only 26!!
