That's why I'm putting together a 1-7 mostly full of British based riders that aren't rumoured for another club.

I just cant see Tolley signing up a team of overseas riders as he's already gone public in regards to the financial situation at the club.

I'd be looking at the ageing riders coming towards the end of their careers who may want to top up the retirement fund like Zagar, Kildemand, Kasprzak (If he's still riding).

I think they'll get Thorssell due to the Wolves connections.

So in that case you'd have to add the likes of Walasek, Nicholls, Hancock, K. Bjerre (he might be a bit too young)?

So possibly no Lindgren, Brennan, Z. Cook & Lampart now.

Riders left from 2024 who didn't ride for Birmingham if all current rumoured Premiership 1-7's are correct.

Vuolas, Rew?, Kerr, Wojdylo, Tarasenko, Mountain, Kemp, Bailey & J. Thompson

When does the season start? Is it before Poland kicks off, only possibility is maybe try and get someone over for a month before Poland kicks off so some decent riders get track time like they done with Ellis a couple of seasons ago… otherwise can’t realistically see who they can get as decent heat leaders.

Same.

Wolves engine room of Schlein, S. Worrall and Z. Cook is a good shout assuming Rew heads to BV.

Add in Thorssell and then it's 4 former Wolves riders.

They had several ex Wolves last year, made virtually zero difference to attendances sadly and this wouldn't either

Musielak maybe Oxford bound and Zagar past it ..Poor team anycase

Zagar is a brilliant rider (when he is in the mood) otherwise he takes the money and runs and it’s a lot of money, not what Birmingham need at all, if they looking abroad again they need to look at hard riders like buczkowski or woryna, don’t know if they would come but they are exciting to watch but they still need a number 1  and for what’s available muselak seems the only rider left to fill the gap

Realistic team and not a fantasy one based on Lindgren doing 3 Leagues as he might not do many fixtures in Sweden with a squad system in place.

Wolverhampton select side with 5 British based riders.

1. Lindgren

2. Z. Cook

3. Schlein

4. S. Worrall

5. Thorssell

6. Sedgmen or Kerr

7. Edwards (RS)

Can’t see Schlein being interested these days.
