5. Douglas / 5. Tungate

Neither of them look like a tight budget team to me, especially the one on the right… World No.3 and Tungate who will dictate No.1 earnings as he rode that all of last year for Oxford

I don’t think Lingren will be racing in U.K. in 2025.

Thinking long term, has anyone ever built a speedway track around the outside of a cricket pitch?  It might have the bends of a long track circuit, but you won't have the problem of straights being too long 😄

Other tie ups afterwards.....possibly Brummies vs Warwickshire speedway fixture......imagine the Tolley write up afterwards....

"i thought it was a very entertaining meeting although disappointed to lose after going in with such high hopes but they were just better out of the starts than we were"

The Crewe track was round a cricket pitch.

Before going ahead and tying up riders for 2025 maybe they could bring in a new team management such as Rosco, if they sign the team then get a new manager I can't see that working, if they continue with the 2024 managers then I think it will be more of the same old same old results.

Cant see it ..Poland,Sweden and the G.Ps...doesnt really need the U.K..

Me neither, I just chucked Lindgren at No.1 as he was the only rider that I could think of, I don't believe he'd do 3 leagues at his age either.

I honestly don't see where a No.1/No.5 comes from in regards to Birmingham, Maybe they'll do a rinse and repeat with 7.50 assessed riders again?

2. Z. Cook, 3. Douglas, 4. S. Worrall, 6. Lampart & 7. Edwards (RS) are the only riders I'm confident that'll be at Brum even though the Brummies faithful aren't keen on Stevie.

He's just an easy deal to do when operating on a tight budget as other clubs won't be queing up to sign him.

The Brummies "faithful" wont be if Worrall is back (IMHO)!!

Brum nearly signed T.Musielak this year before he went to K Lynn.Maybe an option at 1 .
