better than flint?

2021 Flint 6.04 Edwards 2.22

2024 Flint 6.85 Edwards 6.34

[Championship GSA's]

Think the trend line is pretty clear.

I think Edwards is very underrated & a good RS choice. The fact he rode at 6 last year & now drops to 7 should mean more points can be expected.

Still not sure I would've let Flint go though. The Speedway conundrum, drop a rider as he's been poor for you only to see him improve elsewhere.

Flint is  better  than Edwards but needs to step up a gear ...

Thinking long term, has anyone ever built a speedway track around the outside of a cricket pitch?  It might have the bends of a long track circuit, but you won't have the problem of straights being too long 😄

Crewe?

Season ticket holders of the Brummies will have free access to Warwickshire County Championship cricket matches whilst Warwickshire members will be able to attend speedway fixtures at Perry Barr in a reciprocal agreement.

So regardless of which sport you like to watch, you could just buy the cheaper season ticket then?

But realistically fans would probably want to support their "own" team.

Might need to develop the stands if they all attend at the same time ? 😄

Joking aside....this is a great move made by the club!

Can only help in spreading the word/product etc....

Just need to give them something to remember/entertainment etc etc...

Get the track right.....!

2 'competitive' Heat Leaders !! (at least, as good as ALL the other Clubs)

Well done Birmingham. Does the tie up  include the Bears? If so great opportunity to promote speedway to large numbers at limited over games. May even get some tv exposure if bikes are present at Bears televised matches. I hope it pays off for the Brummies.
