Well... since the introduction of the pay offs in 2002 BV have proven themselves to be habitual losers, you've made 5 appearances and only won 1. Lions on the other hand 2 finals (at CL level) won 1 lost 1 (at KL!).

So by my calculations Lions have a 50% success rate, while the Aces have an 80% failure rate... so maybe you do win the percentages

😁

One frustrating fact about The Aces is they have way more silver medals than anyone else. Yes, we have way more gold as well and I suppose you have to be up there challenging to come second but there’s still been plenty of heartache to go along with the joy. I didn’t think we’d ever win the play offs due to our regular injuries at that time so the win in 2022 was most welcome.

Didn't you cancel a meeting because of a leaky pipe? Leicester never done that 😂😂😂

Perhaps we might need that leaky pipe or should we leave the rubble on bend 3 for next years GP to be announced later :unsure:

No... a half million pound temporary stand with 30 people in it will do just fine 👌

Ancient you mean number 13 way back in 2022.  You have to be there to bottle it, I'd rather have a recent history of coming second, then not get there at all.  Even with a 29 year gap of titles were still 3 clear of second place Poole.

Interestingly that stand very much helped us secure next years GP.
Speculate to accumulate - not UK speedways way but then “we’re from Manchester, we do thing differently here.”

Injuries have played a large part starting with Bjerre in 2005.

Those 30 people in that stand (for 1 night) will never know how influential they were 😂

if it's called off again Monday?  it's doubtful it will go ahead Thursday because fricke kurtz Lidsey are in the GP Challenge Friday in Czech Republic they may have to be there early doubtful they will turn up on the day that's if there is a flight to Czech on Friday morning? and the meeting starts 5-15 UK time it's a FIM event so it takes priority
