I mean it’s Lawson’s decision where he rides and he’s chosen to go to Kings Lynn for 2025, not a lot the Leicester promotion can do about that.

They could, they could have signed him up after the last match of the season, it sounds like he's only not re-signed for Lions because they're faffing about with other stuff.

The Leicester 1-5 will be what just about everyone in here has said (Fricke, Howarth, Masters, Becker & Douglas) with RS position sorted as well.  I believe that they have a few irons in the fire re the number 6 position, at least one ex Lion who hasn’t been on these shores for a few seasons is the preferred option for Dickson but might have to default back to likes of Cook if that deal goes belly up

Who?

Craig Cook? Looks like he has his deals done, so he is either already signed up, or no longer available. Seems highly unlikely Dickson will have a non Uk-based no.6 with the points he has to work within, even less likely a former Leicester rider who can fit that, unless Kev Doolan's making a shock comeback

Well with Cook already declaring he is sorted for next year if he hasn’t already signed for the Lions then he is not an option should the supposed alternative target not come to fruition

Fricke announced for 2025

Doesn’t anyone else think that Fricke has been disappointing for Leicester in 2024? Definitely more so away from home… considering he’s meant to be an out and out GP star number 1

No surprise on Fricke back as number one but as usual likely to go missing if they make the play offs.

You could say save at Sheffield with Holder bros, well below average when it mattered in second leg.  At least with Fricke he rides with his team partner and not against like seen with with Holder when racing against Howarth and not protecting him, Fricke a helluva better team player than a lot of number ones

I can't think of anyone else whose ridden for the Lion's and hasn't been back on these shores for a number of years!

Surely it’s Mikkel Michelsen coming in on an assessed 4.50?

Scored more point in the regular season than any other rider. Scored more maximum than anyone else in the regular season. I would say that's the performance of an out and out Numbet 1.
