The only way Leicester pull this back is to get the track covered at Beaumont Park for the rain that is due overnight on Wednesday, the track needs to be as near "normal" as possible or they can forget it.

I'd not run it if at all possible and hope to get the better weather next week.

Let's be honest you wouldn't have had one in the final if it wasn't for the 8th woman😄

Alright I'll correct it, at least we're not as crap as Lynn. That do you?

But as the track has become sodden the home riders feel safer on it than riders who only ride it a couple of times a year.

BV were always clear favourites. The Champions were always coming from the northern semi.

Leicester were the form team at the end of the season.

The forecast is pretty wet in Leicester on Thursday so vice versa.

Such a shame that probably most of Leicester fans won't bother now for the final.

It was inevitable as soon as it was on. Bear in mind we only lost by 6 here when it was dry last time.

All over. The rain killed the final. As soon as it arrived it was one way traffic.

For Masters and Fricke to refuse to ride in heat 15 speaks volumes.

Really?

Not able to get a stream to watch it...

If true, not acceptable at all...

I see Kurtz and Bewley managed to "tootle round" OK...:D

Unfortunately we can't ride our own track wet either. We're a fair weather team 😂

Don’t think you can complain  about time that meeting only took about 80 min to complete.

Not complaining just thinking they ought to get on with it when it's raining as it is

Taking into consideration what happened with Ben Cook last week

Mentality is what cost Leicester tonight.

Some of them didn't want to put their bikes in the right place, More concerned about keeping safe and avoiding as much spray as possible.

No issue with belle cue winning the league after the carve up last week .

Why tho do the supposed best fixtures / finals always end up with quag like conditions year on year .

It's about time the powers that be tried to get things done and dusted 2/3 wks earlier too at least see both teams gunning for it rather than tootling round
