Oxford v Poole v Oxford; Weds 25th and Fri 27th Sept

Looking forward to next week. Going to be a close final. Oxford have huge home advantage and haven’t been beaten at home this season. Dialled in track specialists and 13 and 15 almost a guarantee. But we do have riders capable of challenging Nicholls and Masters, albeit not as good as those two around Cowley.

Interested to see who Oxford bring in as guests  home and away?

Not sure Oxford has a huge home advantage, its not really a peculiar track.

Oxford should bring in Rowe and Conor coles

We've had 2 meetings at Cowley this season, one draw & one 1 point loss. So not so sure that they have a huge home advantage.

Poole will have to have a decent lead going to Oxford

Oxford leg first next Wednesday, Poole 48 hours later.

Me and Rob have got our tickets and suggest Poole fans get them quickly. Dont want to be disappointed on not getting in. Not sure what the capacity is at Cowley but loads of Pirate fans will be making the trip up.

All tickets, accommodation and travel for both legs sorted last night 👍

Looks like Oxford will have the majority of the crowd for the Poole home leg. Always being told it's Wednesday night or nothing by the Poole fans, Friday is probably bath night or something I expect .....

I think whats always been said is its Wednesdays - not Thurs/Mons!!  Friday has long been Poole's '2nd' night but not often used during the season because so many other teams race on Fridays, as well as rider commitments abroad!!

Not bath night then....

Was only joking and sure it'll be a fantastic crowd as usual, just thinking if it was financially viable you should be back in the Premiership if a Friday is no problem, sure a Thursday would soon be accepted, but that's another topic that'll come up again I expect.

Anyway good luck to both teams next week, the final as expected with 2 teams close to each other on track and geographicly to get bumper crowds.

Poole already advising fans to pre-book in order to guarantee entry as stadium capacity could well be reached - despite some fans already booked to go to Torun!!!
