I think he's better than Schroeck & Ermolenko.

He definitely is better and has come a long way from his first season as team manager, it is not an easy job, but he is getting better tactically just needs to refine how he deals with each rider, one size does not fit all, and that part can take years of experience.

Any recent examples of "getting better tactically" Remember he was lucky that Pijper was excluded in the play off semi against Oxford AND was unable to take part in the re-run which meant Complin needed to come out... And won us the meeting!

Poole or Glasgow will have Cairns in June on a 2 who will end with a 5+. Whichever team gets him will win play offs. Only need to run 4 matches till then so the starting number 7 will be a throwaway. Makes sense therefore to use all other points on top six.

I think Cairns and Boughen will both end up at either Glasgow or Poole.

yup the guy is useless as a team manager

Quote from CB in this week's Speedway Star "Success in sport is only measured in silverware. I totally get that and I'm a winner like the Facennas". Really? During his tenure we've never topped the league and only won the play offs once. Even then it was down to Nowak jumping ship and being replaced by Tarasenko. Not sure if the KO Cup win in 2016 was in Stewart Dickson's time.
