Jaizer
Interesting to see who we go for as number 2 (assuming bomber stays). I can't see Steve W being back and there isn't a whole lot of HLs around and with Rowe having looked elsewhere doesn't seem many options. Dan T maybe? Vuolas if he fancies Poland and workys Saturdays don't suit?

Hopefully he will do comets and belle vue in 2025

It would give us a stronger middle and reserves, but would be a risk to make him the #5.

Claus in there as no.3 maybe might negate the weakness at 5.

Noelinho
Yes, Claus at 3 would definitely help. Bomber + Leon + Claus + Foord + Hodder would leave pretty much bang on 10 points left, which feels workable.

Think if Harris is back Leon would be a good signing on his average.Really depends on points limit though. With the league getting weaker every year ordinary riders are maintaining /increasing their average by default . We can all make mistakes. That is why you can buy Tipp-ex and pencils which come with little erasers on the end of them. 7.48 - 2.5% = 7.29. Also the 2.5% might change at the next AGM - who knows?? Paid 8 Vs Oxford including beating Nichols (albeit off a 15m handicap) was a fantastic effort for a 2 pointer imo. Why wouldn't we be looking at him for next season based on that?

Normski
Richard Lawson guested 3 times for Berwick scored about 43pts, so if that is the way it works must be nailed on for Berwick eh no. Freddy had had a very barren spell points wise until that guest appearance for Glasgow. I think depending on NDL format he will stay at Belle Vue Colts who ride normally on a Friday night, and he has already said he would like to be back at Berwick 2025 who persevered with him all of 2024. 1

For me watching him that last meeting he wasn't afraid of the track and actually tried to fight round the outside and pass people, not many 2 pointers do that round Ashfield, he could have scored 2 points and I've have taken him

Wouldn't be overly fussed with Hodder but he may kick on next season with a season under his belt at this level. Lining up at Glasgow is a strong possibility next season from what i heard , just need to see what happens.
