TTT
3 hours ago, RoundTheBoards said: Other way around. Ipswich are one of the higher payers. Rew is on a good deal, and he's happy to stay. This time last year people thought Adam Ellis was off to Belle Vue, (so many people saying he wanted to join his mate Bewley) but BV were never interested in bidding against Ipswich. I expected Ellis to be moved on this year, but I keep being told Danny King is the one to go from Ippo. I don't know what some BV fans are talking about then in regards to BV's pursuit of Rew lol. If they cant better or at worst match Ipswich's offer then they've got no chance of signing him.

Is in most cases granted, but some riders will take a lower offer if they feel a move elsewhere benefits their careers. Not saying that is the case here mind you.
Steve Irving
The most important signing for Ipswich this year IMO is Tom Brennan. Yes, the top two are important but they seem to be more of a formality. As soon as Birmingham declared issues and uncertainty, every club in the league should have been on the blower.

Nuisance them getting a rescue plan together that could potentially hit your team building plans. Have to keep an eye on improving ‘B’s next season and hope they do actually shut down this time. Be a real boon for you. Up the Witches!

I hope that you’re right regarding the top two. Doyle I think was agreed before the season ended, Emil I’m not so sure about I know the fans all want that to happen again however it didn’t seem a certainty a few weeks ago. Unless it got lost in translation (which often happens tbf) Emil all but confirmed he was riding here a couple of weeks ago. Discussing the current GP status, said he was only concentrating on Ekstraliga and “Premiership” at the moment.
Aries
End of season awards event this Friday. Let’s see if Emil turns up. If he doesn’t, start panicking 😆

Only really helps his development if he plans too or is committed to UK speedway for the foreseeable. If his intention is to bin off UK when he gets to the elite level and just concentrate on Poland then the NSS is the way to go

It might benefit him riding a track that offers multiple passing opportunities and where you have to vigorously defend your position due to amount of racing lines. He’ll have to adapt and race to the checked flag instead of just gating and settling. He was passed in almost all his races at NSS and I agree it is easy to ride though not easy to race, so there’s work to be done from him this season. He can’t just rely on his gating but many do and remain fine middle order men, which at the minute we need. All dependant on what he feels is best for him. TTT
The NSS is my favourite track in the world but If I was a Young Speedway rider who wanted to ride in the UK in order to better myself by learning new skills on the tougher/rougher British tracks then I wouldn't bother signing for Belle Vue. I wouldn't be learning anything new from it because it's basically a Polish track based in the UK and I can ride those every weekend in the Ekstraliga leagues without having to spend money setting up in the UK. Tracks like Ipswich and Leicester is where I'd want to be if setting up in the UK as it offers something completely different to Poland.
