Well out of order if it turns out to be the case. We build a team that imho has a chance of top 4 for a change, and might have it torn up. It's a Mickey Morris Mouse sport if that happens..

British Speedway HAS been Mickey Mouse for a couple of decades now. But if this manipulation comes to fruition it's on a level par to religion. Totally fake, fictional nonsense.

100%, #TwoTierMorris lol, Playing favourites in regards to his former club Birmingham.

I believe he's pushing for it as well because it makes sense with the following.

Jack Holder potentially leaving (Sheffield would have to get rid of one of the power trio)

Tom Brennan possibly not joining Ipswich and staying put at Birmingham (Dictated to by Phil Morris)

Chris Harris potentially not being at KL (KL would have to get rid of someone in the 1-7 and replace them with someone like Lewis Kerr)

If this is true , what a load of bollocks !!!!  its worse than the old style rider control ....

The problem with the football analogy is that those teams will never run out of opposition to play, that's a real possibility for speedways premier league. Leave Birmingham and Lynn if you like to it but don't complain when there are only 5 teams left

Be interesting to see if Ben Cook can take that next step as a Star in 2025, there’ll be more pressure on him in that side than there was at BV in 2024

I think Ben will kick on, his average is 6.99 as it stands and I expect him to finish 2025 in the 7’s… can’t see him going down

If that happens then it’s an absolute joke!! Well, even more of a joke anyway

If the sport was ran properly in this country there would be more tracks around the fundamentals of the sport are broken.

Football wouldn’t be the multi billion pound industry it is if it had been ran like speedway has been.

That said speedway would never have a chance of being as big as football even if ran properly but don’t forget at one point it was the second biggest attended sport in the uk before the promoters cocked it up.

Agree with all that but we are where we are, do they try and preserve what is there now or do we just accept the natural order and work out what to do when 5 teams are left? Tricky

To be honest it’s to far gone to save now, what are there 17 tracks now which half the riders in the top league doubling up/down.

I had several years away after giving up on the sport & returned as an occasional supporter in 2016.

To be honest the combo or Doyle & Emil got me back as a full time supporter to my local track Ipswich in 2023, I’ll be there again next year but I’m just going to enjoy it as long as those two are there.

If our team is the team that’s been suggested (B Cook, Iversen, Kvech, Klindt, Lawson, Harris, Boughen) then I think we have a good chance of making top 4… but if it’s any worse than that 7 then we’ve got no chance! I won’t be going if the team is worse than that stated above
