It depends how you define under power, if the engine is still running surely it's "under power"? Expand Hagon is probably low on confidence he’s barely scoring a point for yous or Leicester and seems to have been struggling for a few weeks now, he could do with dropping back to reserve imo to hopefully get some points and his confidence back.
