Two years on the bounce it’s happened for Scunthorpe at Oxford and again away fans will have to fight to get there money back rather than a complimentary ticket for the next meeting . Also agree with the other post looks like Oxford wanted it off ?? when are Heeps and Jenkins expected back on track

If not, for the rerun.

But that makes no sense, they would've just called it off at 5pm if that was the case. Calling it off at start time is the refs decision not the home promotions

Calling it off at start time is the refs decision not the home promotions It makes even less sense doing absolutely nothing to the track until just before the start time. Looking at the track at 06:15pm I didn’t think it would be on and that’s how it played out! Also unfortunately Oxford tend to leave it as long as possible when it comes to calling off a meeting! In fairness to them they usually like give the meeting every chance of running and when it doesn’t work out you end up with a very late call off of course! Why don't Oxford run on Monday? Spires side do at times so won't be a massive issue. Again we shall be running the finals the last week of September going well into October when the lovely British weather comes out to play! If Oxford get to the final, it will mean the Playoffs and KO Cup finals will have to take place across the next four Wednesdays after that.... Wed 25th Wed 2nd Wed 9th Wed 16th Either Poole or Oxford should ideally stage some meetings on a different day to speed up the process, let's see which team is more flexible and revisit your post. The catering profits will be greater over the two weeks though! 😄

Plus a BSN final to also get into the schedule. So that is likely to take us to the 23rd October and likely 30th October as I'm sure the rain will play a further part in delays. It's not a knock at Oxford at all, The Championship just never seems to get its self in gear and get everything done by end of September! fair flay to the Prem which have, which was down to no movement on the cut off by a further week.
