Scored 10 at Belle Vue for Ukraine in the SoN. Other forum members say he would come in at champ level on a 6 and he was interviewed in speedway star a few weeks ago saying he was looking for a championship club

Cheers that's interesting.  You would think he may be on Plymouth's radar as they have over 20 pts left and a good bit closer to London than Armadale.

Not sure we’d have a choice with victor already riding here and previously having a higher average.

But it is his (assessed) average now that counts, surely, so they should have the choice, IMO.

I’m sure they’ll make up something up to stop us doing so. As it won’t benefit the clubs in charge.

Think it's a lot easier to travel from London to Edinburgh than Plymouth. He could easily fly up. It's a long drive to Plymouth

I thought when riders are tied it's decided for the clubs and the greensheet says what position they are in, maybe their foreign averages would decide it?

Plymouth enquired but because he rides in Poland on Sundays the logistics didn’t work out for Plymouths Saturday race night

Sure that happened the other year when the Monarchs brought Hook and Fredriksen back for a second season both were on a 4.00 having failed to achieve that the year before but the Monarchs were blocked from having Lasse start the season at reserve as he had had the higher average of the two (3.5 to 2.7 or something like that) the season before despite them starting the next season on the same average and there being nothing in the rule book to state this had to be the case.

For once it is actually fairly clear in the regulations.....both riders had averages (below their minimum assessed) so hierarchy said Lasse in the 1-5

010.3 TEAM DECLARATIONS Teams must be declared prior to the start of the season to the BSP Ltd office, to confirm it complies with the current regulations.

Where the declaration or re-declaration complies with the current regulations it will be approved and confirmed in writing to the relevant Promotion. Should the declaration or re-declaration NOT comply with the regulations the reasons for rejection will be explained, in writing, to the relevant Promotion.

Any appeal against the decision of the BSP Ltd office should be made to the SCB Co-Ordinator as per Chapter 18 of the Speedway Regulations. Changes must be made at least 3 days before the start time of the meeting at which it is intended to be used.

In any declaration where 2 or more riders hold an identical MA (cannot be determined by a 3rd or more decimal point) then the re-declaration must nominate the hierarchical order.

Where riders have a previous MA, then the higher placed rider from the previous issue shall retain the higher position.

Hopefully we will see a decent 6th signing not another candidate for the reserve spot.

VAR will intervene and make it rosy in the Garden.

Would he come in on that average. Heard he didn't want to do IK.

I think Willie walker is at the wind up. But wolbert must been out of UK as long as Victor roughly? Thought rode polish 2nd division last year but not clued up on what average in that league qualifies as a 6
