What do Monarchs fans think about giving Dayle Wood another shot at reserve? He's certainly improved since he was thrust into the Champ (before he was ready) last time.

I think it’s a great idea, just do it big John.

Suits me fine.

Improved last season despite very few outings.

For me it would depend on the other options available if another was to come in on a 2.00.  Dayle was top home scorer in NDL for Stellar Devils with 10.24 average and 8.08 combined H & A.  He has had a tough baptism for various reasons but certainly has made progress and gradually gained more experience with more track time in 2024.   I would applaud him for that and believe that he will build on that in 2025 on decent equipment.   It would also depend on who was chosen as #6 and to a certain extent who would be the 5th highest average selection.  Maybe some clues will emerge after Conference to narrow the field a bit.

I know people are just trolling with Richie Worrall and Nick Morris but their suspensions were 2 years long, starting in July 2023. So neither can ride next season regardless of if they've paid their fines or not.

Richie’s original suspension was 18 months (9 suspended), he then received an additional 1 month. He would have been eligible to ride from 5/7/24 had he paid his fines.

Correct on Morris though, he was given a 2 year ban so ineligible to ride until 12/7/25.

Doesn't any ban start from the date the fine is paid ?

I'm sure that's how it worked years ago.
