I really hope Plymouth can field a competitive team, I remember the days when we (Glasgow) struggled to get a decent team, thankfully due to our current promotion,  riders now want to come to Glasgow, however I realise the rider pool is getting smaller year on year,no idea what the answer is. I would like the championship to have 2 x 2 pointers at reserve and give them at least 2 protected rides.

I wouldn't mind some incentive (protected rides) for NDL stepping up, but as soon as a rule is 2 x 2.00 riders at reserve all the 3 points riders get dropped, as no one would want to field a 3.00 rider in their top 5.

You might get away with one 2.00 rider or RS at 7.
