Lasse Fredriksen is signing number 3 of the winter for the Gladiators. Happy with that, there's scope in his 4.6 average and he scored well (9+1) on his visit to Devon last season. Could be a strong first reserve providing we don't sign two riders below his average

Brilliant signing 👏 especially if he starts at reserve.

Lasse, a great guy. Sorry didn't work out for him at Edinburgh. Wish him well.

One if feel like it’s going to bite us on the arse. If plymouth can get him at reserve they’re on to a winner. Feel he just needs a bit of luck which he’s not had over the last couple of years and he’ll put a point no bother on his average.

At the moment, I don't think it's a stretch to say the team is:

1.
2. Bowtell
3.
4. J. Thompson
5.
6. Fredriksen
7.

Total: 15.3

We can probably add Barker to that who's around 5.8 I think? So that will leave 18.7 for Garry and Mark to get in a No's 1, 5 and 7. I think that's potentially a strong position to be in assuming the No.7 will be someone on an average up to 4.0 but no more perhaps?

Will Hook be back or is he off elsewhere, Edinburgh perhaps?

Problem is who are they going to get to fill the No.1 and 5 berths? MPT is about the only heatleader available

Yep, would agree with this and suspect Barker at 3. I haven't done the exact maths but I believe Covatti, MPT and Trigger may just fit with Barker.

Lasse is a nice surprise signing and at reserve could be a very good signing indeed.

Just fits, would be their best team for a few years imo

Michael P Toft 7.80
Nico Covatti 7.82
Ben Barker 5.87
Joe Thompson 5.63
Alfie Bowtell 5.07
Lasse Fredriksen 4.67
Ben Trigger 3.00
Total 39.86

I thought Trigger left not on the best of terms? Apologies if that’s incorrect, I just vaguely remember reading something

Ben Trigger and his father are definitely on good terms with the promotion and manager.
