No they actually said they only have 2 riders signed on and struggling with the rest of the team, have tried with lots of new overseas riders but they haven’t been meeting the criteria for a visa. Of course that can change and I hope it does and that Plymouth put out a competitive team, it’s a great little club with good supporters and it’s not been nice seeing them struggle to find heat leaders in recent seasons. All I was doing was sharing what I’d been told, no different to every other thread on here where people are sharing who’s signed for which team. If you disagree or think different then no problem and we’ll wait and see what side they declare. Edited October 30 by Marky_Mark

The agm is a box ticking exercise , I can guarantee it as I’ve known the Scunthorpe septet for next year since September

HGould
Plymouth may be playing an absolute blinder "Devil take the hindmost" (excuse the pun) Just got to wait for the 20 riders linked with Glasgow who don't make the Tigers chosen 7 and cherry pick the best 5 remaining for themselves Edited October 31 by HGould spelling
j2ohh
prob a new Batch of riders at Plymouth in 2025 .
Weeyin
I really hope Plymouth can field a competitive team, I remember the days when we (Glasgow) struggled to get a decent team, thankfully due to our current promotion, riders now want to come to Glasgow, however I realise the rider pool is getting smaller year on year,no idea what the answer is. I would like the championship to have 2 x 2 pointers at reserve and give them at least 2 protected rides.

Its been tried before when the pool of emerging riders was of a far higher standard than now. A coupe of teams will snap up the cream and the others will be left with NDL 2nd strings (t best) then following year once some of those have upped averages it will get even worse.

Think the trouble is the weakening of the Leagues mediocre riders are finishing with higher averages ,then they keep wanting to lower points limit.Standard of League diminishing rapidly now .Admissiom prices are going up though. There is only one outcome.
mac101
There’s more riders retiring or leaving the championship than young riders coming through so it will eventually dry up
