What's not to like.......? i know its a minority sport and hardly aybody has any interest in it ,but its to do with credibility we could have a team not in the premier league winning the premier league cup, could need 4 replacements a no1,a heat leader and 2 reserves perhaps which might have to change for every match,no offence gavan but i hope ipswich get knocked out then we could use doyle and sayfutdinov.Should just be called the invitation cup.why didnt they announce at the start of this sesaon that champioship winners would qualify?

At least that was probably a "draw" in the Premiership. Anyone else think there was no draw in Championship KO & just made it regionalised? Makes sense in a way, but isn't very credible 1

My team (Berwick) have drawn Redcar so more than likely I will attend both legs as will many other Bandits fans and Redcar fans vice versa which helps both promotions. For once I actually think common sense is prevailing within our sport’s decision makers. Edited November 15 by Hamster00

Triple.H.
Run the Poole vs Sheffield tie as the last one of the round, any guests reqd can then be chosen from the riders from the losing teams in the other three ties. Just needs the running of the first round of the KOC to become a priority

That way they can use the same guests throughout the competition (unless replacing their own riders, racing for the opposition).

Also means there's less chance of a local derby for the final, although Oxford & Poole managed to miss each other this year.

Steve Shovlar
If Foord is elsewhere and it’s management decision, then I just hope the rider coming in lives up to the potential that Vinnie has. Not only is Foord a huge fans favourite on and off the track, we can all see the raw talent he has and he’s a Brit on top of that. Let’s hope the rumours of Starke are just that. No offence to Paul Starke but we know his level and he’s been on a downward trajectory for the last few seasons while Foord is only going one way. Of course we have to build up to 40 points but I for one would rather be a point short at 39 than 39.95 with Starke.
TTT
1. Lawson 2. Ablitt 3. Z. Cook 4. Rowe 5. Kerr 6. Starke 7. Cairns (When Available)
PTW
Lawson,Thomsen,Cook,Rowe,Kerr,Foord and 2.00 is the way I’d go atm with a 40 limit ideally I’d like king instead of Kerr I just don’t see Kerr a Poole type of rider and is injury prone. Surely thats the only reason they are using him ahead of Vinnie

Noelinho
Surely there's not a serious suggestion Poole are dropping Vinnie and signing Starke? That seems very odd. Great opportunity for another club to pick Foord up though - wonder who that might be? Haven't heard much about Vinnie outside of Poole/Glasgow, but I don't think he's coming up here (though I'd love to be wrong).
