Let's not forget any 4.00 'newbies'!!!

Next season he will have a better idea of track shapes and which sprockets to use etc. Would be a shame to see him at another club. I’m sure I heard his name being mentioned as part of Glasgow’s 17 man squad……..lol
AceBelle
8 hours ago, Gavan said: Tobias was the rider of the play offs??? Scores of 2 and 5 against Workington and then 4 away at Oxford in the final before 10 at home against a weak Oxford …. Might be entertaining and tries hard but to say he was Pooles top rider in the play offs is laughable cairns not 16 until end of june so can't ride championship or premiership until then only NL
AceBelle
9 hours ago, Steve Shovlar said: I would definitely have Tobias back. His slump coincided with his injuries and once back to fitness his scoring improved. He was the rider of the playoffs and KO Cup imo. 1. Richard Lawson 2. Tobias Thomsen 3. Zach Cook 4. Anders Rowe 5. Lewis Kerr 6. Vinnie Ford 7. William Cairns. Leave it to someone else to tell me it’s over 39. cairns can't ride championship or premiership until he is 16 and that's end of june he can only ride NL with B/vue colts until june !! Then you sign a 'sacrificial lamb' on a low average at reserve for the first weeks of the season and plan your fixtures accordingly.😀

It would be a bit of a shop window opportunity for him to show how he has progressed, he's familiar with the set up etc?

I’m sure it would be very appealing to Max to get binned 2 years in a row.
Pirates Of Poole
I would guess Poole may look something like this for 2025 1. Lawson 9.17 2. 5.37? New 5.00 rider to UK? Mikkel .B. Andersen? 3. Zach Cook 6.23 4. Anders Rowe 6.11 5. Lewy Kerr 7.76 6. Paul Starke 3.36 7. Will Cairns 2.00/Another until the summer. Zach really need to step up next year as he hasn't this year (started 2024 with an average of 6.22) Again for me the product is weaker again, losing Ben and Tom and replacing with Kerr & Rowe. Banking on Kerr and Rowe improve but in a weaker league with less top riders they should certainly improve. If we keep Vinnie (which hope we do) I fear we may see a lot more of Hagon's second half season form as is as capable of being half a lap behind more than his occasional heat win. I would love to see the Ford's convince young Mikkel Andersen over to UK. Was 16 in April - Won SGP3 in 2022 - was 3rd in 2023 and finished 4th in the 500 cc SGP2 series in 2024. Was 18th in his inaugural POL U24 season considering he was only 16 in April from 9 meetings with a 2.02 per ride av from 44 rides. If we think Cairns has a future then this guys form indicates he is going the right way. Wouldn't be easy prising him away from the Danish Wed meetings Lge, but would be a hell of a coup on a 5 GSA just 0.27 above Hagon and probably in a different League talent wise at only 16. Mikkel B Andersen is some name to throw out. DIdn't he ride for Wroclaw this season? Newman and Starke together in a Poole side, like its 2015
