Second of three home matches in 8 days, two of which on TV - several people of the Witches Facebook page said they wouldn't go to all three (couldn't afford to).

Whose fault is that. You have so many blank dates on a Thursday because the sport has capitulated to Poland and riders who seem to be dictating far more than is healthy for a minor sport.

Wow I just heard Scott Nichols say that the track is quite deep..scunny track 4 or 5 years ago before steve worrall had his input was deep..this track is very slick compared to scunny back then ..what’s up with the riders these days

Because people go to watch racing you bell typical thick Poole fan.

Exactly and that’s the one thing missing from a tv meeting again - racing.

Track is shocking and looks like a ploughed field in places.

It does nothing to encourage people to go and watch this crap and looking at the sparse crowd it’s working.

Exactly.  Back in the day, Foxhall track prep sometimes resembled a ploughed field, and the riders loved it.

There is about half the normal crowd in tonight 3 home meetings in a week with the one on tv I’m watching at home instead of liv.

Bikes are a lot different now

Of course they are, and that's the saddest part - they react so rapidly to different surfaces, which makes them much more difficult to turn and control on the bends.

The Holders will be fine now that it's drying out.  Sheffield should go on to win ...

Foxhall has had rain-offs, and some Thursdays are limited because of Spedeworth (who Ipswich rent from) combined with the restrictions on usage of the stadium, and of course the SoN nobbled another night.
