Probably. Only Belle Vue not riding and Blodorn is guesting for Lynn. It’s for Ellis, not Emil or Doyle. Batch has ridden well for Worky this year and knows Foxhall well. If he has his gating gloves on he’ll contribute decent points.

That is the issue if he doesnt gate he wont bother. Would think Lidsey would be better or you could of had Kurtz for Doyle.

Genuinely don't think the Tigers will win.   It will depend if the reserves turn up.

ONE OF THEM WON'T !

For goodness sake, I've been away on holiday and carnage has ensued😪

Whilst we had Emil, with Scott etc to cover for Jason,  all was well in the team. Now it feels that the guts have been ripped out of the team losing Emil as we have.

Why does it have to be Sheffield tonight grrr.

Good luck lads, you are going to need it.

Ellis is a heavy hitter at Foxhall too Badge. Normally King would be the fourth strongest home rider in the team, but we go in to tonight’s meeting with him effectively the strongest home rider. That’s the task facing us this evening.

And yes Bewley is wearing a Witches bib this evening, but as has been said, he really is terrible here.

Ipswich will win tonight imo purely due to the reserves massively outscoring Edwards and Harrison.

Sheffield need a drastic U-Turn from Chris Holder around Foxhall because he's normally mentally beaten before the meeting even starts around Ipswich.

I don't see Ipswich winning another Home meeting after tonight though unless they strike gold with guests to cover for Emil, Doyle and possibly Ellis.

In his last half dozen visits to Ipswich, Bewley has scored double figures only once. A 10 point score back in 2021. It’s a strange one with him because by his own admission he actually enjoys riding Foxhall! He said that when interviewed last season. He just can’t seem to get the right set up. He should ask Brady and just copy him! He hits double figures more often than not.

Probably not Belle Vue Thursday, but I think we’ll have enough to beat Birmingham in the last fixture, possibly. Pretty sure it’ll be Nicholls, Batch and R/R for Doyle, Emil and Ellis against Belle Vue. That has defeat written all over it.

Yes I agree about Adam, but Emil's irreplaceable tbh. Just have to hope that now he is home, the Polish medics can work a miracle.

Hopefully the Holder x 2 that normally turn up, appear tonight 🤞

Dan’s 2024 away average of 8.22 is bettered only by Emil (Jason’s is better but he had so few fixtures it’s hardly representative, his complete season for last year was lower), so it shows he can gate and win points. I’m surprised to see him and Brady in joint second in the away figures, with some daylight between them and the next on the list, given they are throttle jockeys who can only perform around the NSS.

He is you’re right, but Doyley even more so. Averages over 11 at home. The pair of them are irreplaceable but let’s hope we get Emil back at least so we can have a go in the play offs. On the Holders, I’ll be interested in seeing the track conditions tonight. I’ve a feeling it’ll be a little different from last week..

It’s where he should be though given his talent. We’re talking GP winner here. Earlier this year at Ipswich he gated and won at a canter in his opening ride, missed the gate in his second ride completely but then wound in and took both Emil and Ellis from the back in one of the rides of the season, and we all thought he we go he’s cracked Foxhall now. He then looked like he had it stuck in reverse and score 3 points from his final 3 rides and looked like the Bewley who couldn’t ride the place again. Will be interesting to see how he does this week in his two meetings. Very handy for Belle Vue that he’s getting some practice in before Thursday.

Doubt that the dirt will be piled up against the fence.😁

regarding bewley he would normally be facing Emil and Doyle so that would severely impact his scores.  Tonight should be slightly easier depending on the attitude of the holders.

Why don't they get Fast Freddie to guest against BV seeing as he has an average as of the 12/08

They might, I’m just guessing. But I think Nicholls has already been booked for Emil, so IMO it’s likely to be R/R for Doyle, and then a guest for Ellis. If Batch rides well enough tonight it might be enough to keep him on on Thursday. I could be totally wrong, we’ll see.

Scott said he was riding this coming Thursday when asked at Cardiff. Don't know who for tho.

Ritchie had already said Scott had been booked for all the remaining Thursday meetings at Foxhall, so he’ll be riding at home to Birmingham in a few weeks also.

Without Ellis, R/R is even more of a risk, so they should be looking at three guests. Whether Lindgren is available, or even willing to guest, is another question.  Brennan has to be an option, or a Leicester rider (or two?).
