would make sense to have switched tv fixtures with 4 absentes.

Agree but they don’t have a choice it seems due to Ipswich not yet having a televised home fixture. If they switched this one to Leicester, they wouldn’t be able to fulfil their contractual obligations as none of the other two remaining home fixtures for Ipswich can be moved to a Monday.

I assume by "contractual obligations" it is meant that every club has to take a hit on gate numbers equally.

Would to love to see us win tomorrow.

But our away form has been poor overall, and Foxhall has not been a happy hunting ground for us.

Ipswich to win by 10 and get the bonus point and go back to the top of the league.

Yeah can see what all you Sheffield fans are doing here, but unfortunately for you nobody is buying it.

I hope im wrong but i can't see nothing other than a Sheffield win 2night and no doubt another home defeat against Belle Vue also, fact is you simply can't replace Doyle, Emil and even Ellis around Foxhall the form their been in at home this season, the guests available just ain't strong enough compared to those missing 3, hopefully im wrong but not looking good for the rest of the season sadly.

Why?

If its acceptable for the sport as a whole then it is what it is

The TV is there to broadcast the sport not run it.......

They’ll all be on here tonight saying wow what a win against all the odds. It’s a thing fans do, they’ll know they should really be winning but they’ll play the pre-meeting “we won’t win this one” card in case they don’t. We can all see the team sheets. It might actually be close because the Sheffield reserves are utter mince, but they SHOULD be winning this simply because they have the stronger team on paper. They wouldn’t have a prayer if both teams were at full strength.

If what is acceptable? It’s nothing to do with the way the sport is being run, there’s simply four riders that are injured and can’t ride. It definitely would have made sense to switch the fixture to one that has two full teams if it wasn’t for the contractual obligations.

Hopefully Danny will carry on his form from the pairs and Batch wont be as bad as expected but he is a poor replacement, Blodorn or Lidsey would be better in my opinion. Expect a Sheffield win but Dan had the the beating of Jack at Cardiff so who knows but hope its a close on for the tv

Surely Batch can't be the best guest available?

Probably. Only Belle Vue not riding and Blodorn is guesting for Lynn. It’s for Ellis, not Emil or Doyle. Batch has ridden well for Worky this year and knows Foxhall well. If he has his gating gloves on he’ll contribute decent points.

At this point with all the injuries we have, I’m just thankful we are in the play offs, I don’t expect much from the remaining four fixtures. It’s all about who will be fit in time for the cup and the play offs.

If you don’t win tonight then you’ll never win at Foxhall. It’s a golden opportunity as you full well know.

Genuinely don't think the Tigers will win.   It will depend if the reserves turn up.
