SteelShoe
I feel for the Berwick fans, seems like very poor communication from within the club. The warning signs were there when Craig couldn't be contacted by Leicester and were apparently informed by his Dad that he was in no condition to ride a bike. Worky were in a similar position last season with regards to Craig not responding to communication and the club not knowing whether he would turn up for P&P. Marksman
I think it's probably a case of Berwick can't communicate what they don't know. They probably don't want throw him under a bus and come out and say "we haven't actually been able to speak to Craig, he won't respond" Like SteelShoe says Worky had the exact same problems last year prior to the season and later on during the season. Fortunately for Workington he did turn up to 70% of meetings, performed when there and we could get a decent guest when he wasn't there. He was never going to return in 2025

Vissing has always been good at Shielfield.Had a bit of falling out when the Anderson’s were Promoting.Tends to go missing at times though.Would be a good signing,(if we need one). Biffa
I know it’s hard to judge what is really going on but surely it’s time for the BSPL to step in and help Berwick out. It’s not impossible for them to contact Craig Cook and sort out whether he is going to ride or not. If they can’t contact him or he won’t respond then take away his licence to ride. Not a perfect situation but at least everyone knows where they stand. Let’s not forget that Cookie has a bit of history regarding BSPL events over the years as well

screm
With the Championship Pairs taking place today at Workington, and unless he`s moved Craig Cook living locally, you`d think there must be a possibility that the Berwick promotion and management, attending the meeting, could knock on his front door and get this saga put to bed before the season starts in a couple of weeks.
