Just watched a Jason Doyle podcast on YouTube and he said what he gets paid for a single point in Poland is the equivalent to getting paid for a maximum in the uk !!!! Sounds like Buster is certainly taking more of a back seat, and it's 'others' that aren't as efficient as Buster had always been in paying the money. Hopefully it's now been sorted. Buster told me,it's the most expensive team that he has had. That to me meant he was paying for it.Maybe I just read that wrong.

I remember an interview with Chris Holder in the SS from a decade or so ago saying he got ten times the money in Poland compared to the UK... You can see why the Poles are so protective of "their" riders, and (several) riders, when riding over here, take it a bit cautiously, now and again, when track conditions are not quite to their expectations... You lose a lot if you get injured, and I also remember contracts in Poland covering off no payments if injured riding in another league, and returns of signing on fees, (which can be well into five or six figures).. TINYS
Couple of spots of rain here in Lynn this morning luckily we are at Foxhall tonight otherwise the meeting would have been in doubt.

Bash
I’m surprised it has taken this long to have Simon Lambert in a King’s Lynn team even though he is only a guest, they always seem to go back to him every season

He's been trying to take a back seat for a few years tbh. i'll be amazed if his still here next season. He wants out. I don't know who would be paying the wages if BC wasn't this season myself. I hope he does anyone who wants to take over the promotion, a good deal to keep the Stars on track in 25..
AceBelle
17 hours ago, Bald Bloke said: My post was responding to SF91's post above... "Mark Lemon obviously not letting his riders guest! Lemon contributing to British speedway’s downfall " I replied that, if it was the case, then he must of been doing it to avoid injury, as Lynn ain't a threat. To me that means if Lemon was blocking them, it must of been to protect them.... Of course they might of said no. Thats why i said if that was the case... If you read it again i said,i didn't think Lemon could block them... Where have i said that what SF91 posted was a fact... Or agreed with him ? So I wonder who us guesting at Sheffield tonight oh yes Aces rider why hasn't Lemon blocked him like a lot of you think he does pure speculation like I said it may well turn out Aces / Sheffield semi - final so he gets to feel the track out if we meet
