TINYS
Just a thought is the 8 day rule still in force. Regarding guest riders. Edited July 30 by TINYS
1stbender
Lynn have done well over recent home matches but didn’t predict them to win tonight, big well done! Just hope this season doesn’t end on a high and then they don’t come back next year. It would be great for them to move forward with a bit of momentum. How was it in regards to the crowd turnout any good?
siggysigalos
Just Home, and glad I went. Lynn were very good tonight, the form of Iversen is proving Key at Home. Kvech was unlucky on 2 occasions and 12 points vs 3 at Reserve was clearly the difference for me Sheffield huffed and puffed, although we stood with their travelling supporters and had an enjoyable evening and they supported their riders all night. Jack Holder was poor in all fairness as was Josh Pickering. Shocking performance from him, Tigers fans are hoping Woofy returns after Cardiff, and that is huge for them, but if he doesn't make it I wouldn't be surprised to see Lambert in the Tigers Septet for Cup Final and Play Offs. Enjoyable evening, well done to the Stars, decent crowd and now onto Foxhall Thursday and this time I won't be cheering the Stars on. Heathcote
Without me having to trawl through several pages on this forum, can some let me know how KL are still able to use a guest for Musielak when his ban ended on the 14th July at which point he had to return or be replaced? When clubs have "no facility" such as the Lynn situation now, they can use a guest up to 75% of missing riders average. When the SCB posted he must return or be replaced they should have added "or the facility will be removed". I'd say it's the SCB who look silly here, not Lynn. 4BenMoran
Well done Stars really good performance from a patched up team even gifting a few points to Sheffield on the way! Pickering a massive let down tonight, you’d have thought it was his first visit there, no speed continually rode high line going further and further behind. Think Steady needs to have a word to tell him there’s more than one line on most tracks. Jack poor by his usual Lynn standards, those two had ridden to what they should it could have been a helluva a lot closer.
Manifesto
Shocking performance from Picko and he’d be first to admit it, thought he’d be scoring 10+ at his old track. Reserves poor as expected and a rare off night from Jack. Happy to get the bonus point and scarper without any injuries. We miss Woffy badly as he brought that balance to team allowing Chris to ride at 3. Well done KL on a solid performance I like Kvech, NKI and Lawson all fair riders. would like to see Anders Rowe in the Sheffield team next year

Lambert wouldn't be allowed would he,surely he has to sign before Sheffield complete 75% of their matches. They only have 1 more match to do for their 75%.They wouldn't let Lambert guest unless he was in another teams 1-7 and that team finishes outside of the play off places.

Look at Sheffield and Belle Vue in comparison. I agree!! If we had Musielak, Iversen, Klindt, Basso, Kvech, Wojdylo and Rowe all fully fit then we’d have been top 4 for sure!! Just been so unlucky with injuries

You had two Lions riders in the team tonight who scored 38% of the total & neither is a heat leader for Leicester. I don’t support Kings Lynn. It’s an opinion. The guests were good, but I’d also expect Basso and Musielak (or a.n other of his standard) to score 19 between them at home. Leicester have picked up the last few meeting and are now showing a bit of form, but they’ve been pretty poor most of the season. Lynn have a decent looking side when everyone is fit. Injuries and the problem with Musielak at 1 has killed them.

The stupidity here is calling it 'no facility' when perhaps 'reduced facility' would be better as 75% guest is clearly still a facility.

That makes perfect sense. So naturally the BSPL wouldn't use your wording lol!
