Glasgow Tigers vs Poole Pirates 26th July

Speedway was the winner tonight , Harris and Ben Cook just wow . Why BSN chose to go 30 miles up the road for a basement battle is beyond me

Tom looks to have gone up a level, couldn't lace bombers boots last year gave him some trouble tonight. I'd imagine disappointed not to get heat 15.

Also boy was a wrong about Anders Rowe. Top effort from him

Tom has gone up a level .Flint has stalled over the last 2 seasons.

Does anyone actually film the meetings at Glasgow so they could release a few heats on YouTube?

The bonus,Your enjoying some fantastic racing.Flint has reach his level and is not a passer most points from the gate.

The racing was up there and more, Cook against Bomber was the pinnacle Poole probably just deserved it in the end but giving Pearson 5 rides when he could have had 7 was mind blowing.

Poole  are a very good team and well done to them.

I expect if the promoters asked for volunteers to film then I'm sure a few would.

Closer than expected and a helluva meeting passing in most heats, great nights entertainment.

The changes are a joke in all honesty. Be better getting ivacic to do a covatti/ musielak and use guest, even 75% be better!

A decent meeting that we didnt deserve to win IMO. We had a fragility about us all night, too many points dropped when in scoring positions. Poole, like Edinburgh worked out there is a profitable inside line off turn four if you are prepared to go there, and we got rumbled several times. Well done to Poole.

Ivacic looks a real find, of the wrong sort that is. Its only his second meeting but as well as being not very quick seems to often be in no mans land and vulnerable on the inside and outside. I keep reminding myself he's in for Starke but its not working.

I wonder if Anders was auditioning tonight either for Steve W potentially not returning or next season. He put in a decent shift.

Yeah I think Leon is what he'll be now. No shame in that the league needs those guys. I think his post race interview Monday night at Birmingham was bit concerning. He shut off to re focus himself as after a bit of tough racing.

Ivacic seems to be a gamble that looks like not paying off unfortunately but we had to try something.

But it looks like Ivacic and Garrad have actually made things worse.

Probably a top number 4 or solid number 3 I think. But I agree!

Definitely did, we couldn't continue on as before. Its about this time of year that promoters start to think about/discuss the set up for the following year, whatever will they come up with this time, a 35 point limit, even fewer meetings than this year, a multiplier of 2 for Premier riders dropping to CL teams? God forbid they carry out any form of market research to find out what their customers want or just as important, don't want.

Get off your high horse, plenty of decent racing tonight at Armadale. Why don’t Glasgow stream their meetings?

Spot on the lowering off the points limit to 38 was diluting the product unnecessarily and has made team building a challenge at best.

You would like to think with only Glasgow and Poole against this the rest will hopefully see sense at the next AGM. Won’t they ?.

What happened to 'First Bend' videos? They used to film all the meetings and sell the DVDs. And what was that drone all about?? They sent it up into the sky and then it vanished never to be seen again. The social media side of the promotion is pretty poor as well which is highlighted by the Tigers website which is often neglected by whoever is meant to be running it.
