They either under water it or over water it. Last few weeks not enough material, tonight too much material!

Feels like I am in Goldilocks and the three bears lol.

There is plenty of "material" on the track but certain riders want it dragged off the inside too early.

Which is fair, as they are the ones expected to pay out loads on machinery, so need to earn plenty to pay for it..

Poole winning keeps a a good crowd level too..

Great racing and defeats isn't a recipe for success at most places, and definitely not Poole..

Come "Final's night", any poor racing watched over the season will be forgotten by the 2000 or so in attendance..

There's a party going on right here

Let's celebrate with a flat white

I thought Drew Kemp was excellent last night. Paid 13 and looked the part. After a dodgy start he got his head down and beat all of Poole’s top riders.

If he can get more consistent and mentally stronger there's a very good rider trying to come out.

I'm celebrating the fact you lot have paid to watch another dross meeting. Fools & their money are easily seperated.

Poole have a fanbase used to winning and their business model is solely based around that..

Unlike many other tracks, they actually have a fanbase to lose given the numbers they get..

Hence, they astutely know, victories keep them attending..

Come their leg of the final they will probably top 2000, which for some in the Championship is three meetings worth of attendees..

Many fans around the country attend for "the racing", Poole fans attend more for "the success" as that has been their default position for the past two decades..

Accordingly, their promoters give their punters what they want ..

Don't mind the winning mentality from the promotion, it's the cheating & big headedness that has upset people over the years.

 Just for @Gavan :D

Fair play to the lad managed to stay on his bike all meeting and scored a couple of points

Still don’t think Perry should have been sacked and so far Foord has done nothing to prove it was the right decision

Poole should walk the league this season irrelevant of the number 7 so why get rid of Perry
