Berwick v Glasgow CL 22/06/24 7-00pm

Recommended Posts

After a 3 week break in home fixtures, the Bandits welcome Glasgow to Shielfield Park on League Business. With Rory and Bastian out with long-term injuries, the Bandits bring in Erik Riss and Sam Hagon as guests, with Jason Garrad guesting for Freddy Hodder, who is in Poland on under-19's duty. For the Bandits, Jye Etheridge also returns after injury. With 3 former Bandits and 1 Bullet in their side Glasgow should make this an interesting meeting. Prediction Bandits 50 Tigers 40.  Saturday will also see the annual collection for the Speedway Riders’ Benevolent Fund.

When is this European pairs thing? Boughen was missing last night and Hodder tonight, is it a 2 day meeting? Or was there a practice?

Hagon looked like he was going to hit that fence the previous two laps. 3rd time lucky for him and he most certainly hit it.

Would agree, track is one line, apart from Harris who is different League round Berwick one pass  after back straight from Kemp is your lot.

Didn't think we would have pulled off a win, but well done Tiggers, if only Leon could ride like that at Glasgow, was good actually seeing the heatleaders score points, loving Jack Smith's tenacity and hope he has a great season, our weak points are obvious and even Ace seems to have gone backwards. A change is definitely needed, but the question is, who is out there?

Is it a change or a signing though. We are a rider short 2 in fact.

Think we will be making at least one change in the not to distant future.

Disappointing meeting , especially with such a long gap until the next home match
