Poole are holding the first one. Looking at the SpeedwayGB website. Poole are hosting one of the National League Riders’ Development Series meetings. This isn't the traditional National Development League Riders Championship, held at the end of the season for the leagues top riders. Unless they are getting rid of the NDLRC at the end of the season & just slotting it into the development series? The fact that so many people can't agree, shows how poorly Poole explained the meeting in their announcement. Yes it appears that the name of Poole’s meeting is now being changed to make it sound like the Development Series and not the NLRC. But that’s not what they announced! It was all announced before the start of the season. andout Posted June 14 Report Share Posted June 14 (edited) Just to add to the total confusion......earlier on in the year the BSPA website had Redcar on Aug 26th holding the WSRA National League riders Championship......then it was changed to Championship riders Championship but that too, has since been removed. Could this be a case of false advertising by Poole? Making out it's a bigger fixture than it actually is? Surely by now both Poole & the BSPL have noticed they are advertising different meetings, why hasn't one of them corrected the other? If it is the NDLRC Poole should be raging at the BSPL for not advertising it correctly. If it is a development series match, the BSPL should be telling Poole to be honest about their fixture. The first line of which reads: "Marketing communications must not mislead the consumer by omitting material information" You can't just ignore it because you're taking the financial risk of hosting an event and don't want to lose money!
