Perhaps clubs should have to name a RS at number 8 if using r/r for a RS. At least that way they've fulfilled the "must have a rising star in the team" rule?

Ipswich have now done just that. Hodder now named as #8.

Still got a team with no R/S in the 1 to 7. Nowhere in the rules does it say one can be utilised at no 8. On another note what’s the real story behind the hold up on Freddie’s visa that suddenly clears after Monday nights meeting.

Teams have to be declared before the meeting so I’d imagine it wasn’t given clearance before this.
