Bojangles
Belle Vue's first visit to Oxford in 17 years, and a welcome back to former Cheetah Mark Lemon. Should be a close one I reckon, a big ask for Oxford to turn over a 12-point deficit for the bonus point - especially with the way Ben Cook rides Sandy Lane. Thoughts? Oxford Spires: 1. Rohan Tungate, 2. Erik Riss, 3. Charles Wright, 4. Maciej Janowski, 5. Chris Harris, 6. Craig Cook, 7. Ashton Boughen. Belle Vue Aces: 1. Brady Kurtz, 2. Norick Blodorn, 3. Jaimon Lidsey, 4. Ben Cook, 5. Dan Bewley, 6. Connor Mountain, 7. Connor Bailey.
SUPERACE
Just hoping we can pick up the bonus point, would end a good week for the Aces with 4 points from 2 meetings.
Rob B
Only Cook, Mountain and possibly Bailey would have ridden the track?

Ben Cooks last meeting at Oxford for Poole on 8.5.24:- 2 1’ 2’ 0 = 5+2 not exactly brilliant, If Tom Brennan was riding against them, Oxford might be a bit more worried (3 2 3 3 3 =14 in the same meeting)
Ovalman
Not much to choose between the top 5, Cookie could be the difference, 49-41 to Oxfam. They have won 3 out of 4 home meetings by 47-43.... Edit: With no Kurtz will go 52-38. Edited May 23 by auntie doris

Bailey was there last week with Redcar was Garbage scored 2 from 4 rides he beat Jason Garrad Oxfords Number 8 and then got another point by finishing 3rd in a 3 rider race
ouch
If the (R)Aces show their usual gating skills then it’s a lost cause. If we can master the crucial task of dialling into the starts then it might be a contest. Jaimon will do well.
foreverblue
Should be a good meeting for tv at a good racetrack with two good teams, seen many good meetings there over the years and unless the track is wet should be some decent races.

When guesting at Oxford for KL this season though.
szkocjasid
With Harris not having been in great form for Oxford recently, would you move him away from number 5? Who would go there instead, Janowski?

Rob B
No Brady Kurtz, injured his ankle in Sweden on Tuesday, will be R/R. R/R is tough at number 1 especially when most of the them not ridden track before.

TTT
Oxford should walk this now. Expect a good night from the in-form Ben Cook though.
