King’s Lynn vs Ipswich - Thurs 23rd May

Recommended Posts

Forecast looks poor for Wed and Thurs

I wonder if Lynn weren't quick enough with Brennan with only Brum not riding or if Ippo have flexed their financial muscles to secure him as their guest? I think it would be a better spectacle if Lynn had Brennan and Ippo R/R but that's not the Witches problem, they want to win and have got in there first.

Likely to be a cricket score and thank the Lord I'm unable to go!

I’m pretty sure that when Danny got injured and knew he’d be out for a bit , that the Ipswich management said they’d got the guests signed up for the foreseeable to cover his absence

RR at No 1? Again. Thrown in towel before it has even started.

No other option, unless you fancy a Brummies rider.

I'd have taken Scott Nicholls over R/R to be fair.

Not sure who would be better than Iversen, Basso, Klindt & Wojdylo having a ride each. Although I'd always go with seven if possible.

Think Brennan was the only realistic option. Nicholls is a decent shout too.

Fair point. Scotty would of probably scored about the same as RR, but we would of had 7 riders. If the weathers good it should be a decent crowd, being as it's them from the fox hole;)

Neither is a No1. Needs a real No 1 to face Doyle etc.

Plus the fact the home crowd have been starved of much action. Expect a good away following too.

Have to be winning this really, no excuses.

I think the weather will win this one, the BBC forecast for Wednesday is horrendous and it’s not that much better for Thursday.

Can't have many more postponed we will run out of time to fit them in.

The problem with Lynn calling off matches in good weather, is they'll end up having to race then in bad weather to fit them all in

If Lynn have many more alleged rain offs they might end up being the first club to finish the season on minus points:rolleyes:

Rob Godfrey stopped clubs riding on Friday because they could not get guests. Seems same rule has forced Mildenhall to stay on Sundays if they come back. BSPL inconsistent again. Getting fed up with all this nonsense. And who gave away UK priority on Thursdays? Is it true? Only read it on here. Never seen BSPL statement and I subscribe to Star.
