The difference is that Lewi raced a full meeting at Scunthorpe last night, and although tonight's crash has aggravated the former injury, it is not be considered a withdrawal because of coming back too soon.

Didn't Plymouth contest the decision last night, and they have asked the SCB to investigate.

Personally I think they are wasting their time.

Well when this stupid rule was introduced as a knee jerk decision following the whining of a losing team manager* I and many other wise people (including ACU referees) said it was a crazy rule because it placed referees and medical officers in the invidious position of making a subjective decision on what's 'new' and what's 'aggravated'

* King's Lynn (oh why is it always King's Lynn?) 4 July 2022 following the withdrawal  of Michael Palm Toft

I think Friday that Lewis, maybe, was a bit rusty & tentative having not raced for a while.

Did they really complain.

Did they not run guests all last season after their number 1 did a couple of races and was then injured for the season?

They also have a facility that enables them to get a guest scoring double figures for their number 1 who hasn't raced for them this season.

Seems strange that a team would then complain about others.
