topaz325
So after the Comets long away tour the team are back at the GT tyres Arena to take on the Edinburgh Monarchs . Edinburgh on paper do not look like the strongest team in the League and whilst Origami bikes generally don't beat GMs the Monarchs have had some decent results ie the good performance recently at Glasgow. Hopefully the Comets can get back to winning ways this weekend after the mauling at Poole.

Monarchs are certain punching above their “ paper weight” away from home.

CTD26
That guest certainly does strengthen the monarchs. Think comets will still have the edge though. 50-

Can’t say I’ve ever seen him ride, good guest in Hagon though he’s come on leaps and bounds.

Hopefully the Comets can get back to winning ways this weekend after the mauling at Poole. Title favourites Poole have had 3 home matches, scored 61 twice, but only 49 against Edinburgh. They've also had 3 away matches with their biggest loss (4 points) coming at Edinburgh. Honestly I don't think Edinburgh look that string on paper, but they are doing really well this year. However I feel Workington's top 5 should ensure a win, can their reserves pick up enough points to give them the chance of a bonus point? Edit After last night, expecting Edinburgh to suffer a big loss today. Edited May 18 by szkocjasid
