Feel for any team that is affected by any rider’s ban.

Anybody advise why in some cases the used banned substance is disclosed and in other cases not.

Surely supporters, especially the Tiger’s fans have a right to know.

Anyone caught should be made to go to rehab at their own expense

Any rider that tests positive before a meeting should be reported to the police.if they drove to a meeting and are driving home under the influence  surely the officials that took the test should have a legal obligation to call the police. If not why not?..

If not a legal obligation then surely a moral obligation. Third parties could be involved in any accident that may happen………including families of loved ones seriously injured or worse.

That would depend on when they took the banned substance, drugs stay in your system for a while. Would also depend on weather they were over the legal limit or not , but perhaps someone who fails a drug test in the pits should be required to take another test to se if they're over the limit for driving

This only works if the offender owned up straight away, highly unlikely going on past cases.

I don't think they can force a rider to go to rehab, they could however say "you have to complete rehab before being giving your licence back after the ban?

Gutted by this.

There’s an argument to be made that Complin won that league title for Glasgow last season. No, he didn’t top score, but he went above and beyond what was expected of him.

His heat fourteen move and block on Lewis Kerr against Oxford at Ashfield, allowing Brennan to come through the inside, was genuine world class speedway.

What was more impressive was his connection with the fans. He almost single handedly had Ashfield rocking.

Regardless, he’s f*cked up, big time. I heard he was gifted a very expensive engine which, including the many sponsors who backed him and the multiple fans who bought his merchandise, renders a long list of disappointed and let down parties.

What a shame.

I'm still surprised there's been no statement or anything from Complin, especially for his sponsors this year, who seem to have gone above and beyond. Silly man.

One thing I don't quite understand is, previously we have been told what the rider tested positive for after the hearing, but we don't seem to have been told this time?

it will have been a substance that leaves a trace of a BANNED substance and lee with all the knowledge of bannned medication should know about ! also the chemist that sold lee the stuff should have refused or told lee of the side effects and told the person about any side effects . its common knowledge amonst the riders in todays sport , THE END.

Hows it the chemists fault?  Every time someone goes in to ask for benadryl for a cold do you think the pharmacist should come out and interrogate them aboutwhether they intend to ride speedway?  The pharmacist is more than happy enough to advise but it is Lee who has to ask about it.  They have no legal right to refuse to sell him it unless abuse is suspected
